The Pregnancy Journey: What You Need To Know

Remove any potentially harmful chemicals from your home. Cleaning solutions are one of the biggest offenders in our daily lives, so start replacing them with more natural solutions. Once the child is born, consider keeping chemicals from the home to make it safer.

Avoid taking vitamin A when you are pregnant. Vitamin A can sometimes damage your developing baby. Don’t eat foods that have it in them, like mozzarella, egg yolks, mangoes or liver. Eat very small portions of these foods once in a while if you want to.

Do not be scared to ask for help with lifting things when you are a pregnant. Lifting heavy things can cause miscarriages or stress on your baby, not to mention that it can cause back strains.
